Content on the Service is generated using artificial intelligence: the business information you provide (company name, description, website content, target audiences, and keywords) is processed by third-party AI model providers to produce your articles.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, billing receipts).
  • Send product updates and feature announcements (you can opt out at any time).
  • Monitor platform performance, detect abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • Generate aggregated, anonymized benchmarks and analytics (e.g., average domain rating growth).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third parties that help us operate the Service (hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery) — including Supabase (database and hosting), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Stripe (payments), and Google Analytics.
  • AI Model Providers: To generate your content, we transmit your business profile (company name, description, website content, target audiences, and keywords) to third-party AI model providers. This data is shared solely to provide the Service; under our provider agreements it is not used to train their models.
  • Backlink Network Participants: If you opt into the backlink exchange, your domain URL and domain rating may be visible to other network members. No personal data is shared.
  • CMS Platforms: When you authorize publishing, we transmit article content to your connected CMS.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
