1. Service Description

SEO Sorted ("the Service") is a software-as-a-service platform that provides automated SEO content generation, backlink exchange, keyword research, and content publishing tools. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscription & Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Prices are listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the initial charge.

4. User Obligations

  • You will not use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content.
  • You will not attempt to manipulate the backlink exchange system or abuse credits.
  • You are responsible for the content published through your CMS connections.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated through the Service belongs to you. The platform, its design, code, and branding remain the intellectual property of SEO Sorted. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform's proprietary technology.

6. Backlink Exchange Network

By enabling backlink exchange, you agree to host contextual backlinks from other network members on your published content. You may set minimum Domain Rating requirements. Links are placed automatically based on contextual relevance.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEO Sorted operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
