SEO Sorted is designed for legitimate SEO content automation. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, publish, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, defamatory, threatening, or harassing.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains malware, phishing links, or deceptive redirects.
  • Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
  • Is pornographic, obscene, or inappropriate for general audiences.
  • Constitutes spam or is designed to artificially manipulate search rankings through deceptive means.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • One person or entity per account unless on an explicit team plan.
  • You may not share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content published via CMS integrations.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fair Usage

Subscription plans include specified article generation limits. Excessive automated requests, API abuse, or attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in account suspension.

5. Data Usage

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices. We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the platform and provide community benchmarks (e.g., average DR growth).

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms.

7. Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain ownership of content generated through the Service. By participating in the backlink exchange network, you grant other network members a limited license to link to your published content.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, or termination. We may cooperate with law enforcement when required.
